sabbi u must change ur eating, start with a bran breakfast cereal and a cup of sugar less tea for bfast,midmrning have a fruit,lunch whole wheat bread and steamed chicken oil free with steamed veg masala ur style bt no oil,afternun tea with no sugar,have a light supper b4 8pm.daily cardio excersise.ENJOY *
